  • What is Gym and Fitness?

Gym and Fitness is a family owned and operated business focused on providing the best fitness machine and equipment to our customers. We have been around for more than ten years and have since then expanded our services in locations including New Zealand and Malaysia.

With over 100 years of combined fitness experience across our staff, we are dedicated to providing only quality service. Every purchase made with us, either online or in our physical stores, is guaranteed to be backed with accurate and relevant fitness knowledge.

  • I have seen cheaper products. Can you match them?

Gym and Fitness is known for offering only the most competitive advertised prices online. Aside from assuring that every purchase made with us is backed with 100+ years of combined staff knowledge, this is one of our ways to make sure that our customers are getting the best service. However, in any case where you see a cheaper advertised price, please send us an email with the details for us to match that price. We also have a PRICE MATCH REQUEST feature on our product pages, and our friendly staff are always ready to match a certain price when you give them a call.

Most competitors simply try to sell you into a product they have the most stock of, but we are committed to giving you a better, cheaper, and stronger product that suits your specific needs and falls under your budget. We also offer the most affordable freight rates you can find online.

  • Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes.

  • Are my credit card details safe?

Yes. Our website is protected with high-grade 256-bit encryption. However, whether it’s in our website or a competitor’s, we advise that you look for a yellow padlock button at the bottom of your browser when handing credit card details over. Moreover, if you know that you are not comfortable with giving your personal details over the Internet, please call our friendly staff to accept your details over the phone. We will gladly assist you.

  • Do you accept PayPal as a payment method?

Yes. As more and more customers are requesting for us to use PayPal, we have finally included it in our payment methods.

  • Do you accept cash on pickup?

As much as we would love to, there are no cash handling facilities in our warehouses at the moment. However, you can always choose to pay in cash in our stores. We’ll keep you posted on this matter.

  • Do you accept cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery transactions are not accepted at the moment as we are currently partnered with a number of great freight companies (Direct Freight, Startrack, TNT, TOLL, IPEC, etc.).

  • Do you accept cheques or money orders?

Yes. However, payment via VISA, Mastercard or Eftpos (in store) are highly encouraged. You can also pay via a bank deposit or in our store. We reiterate this because we recognize that cheques or money orders take longer to prepare and cost a lot of money. Moreover, we only ship orders once cleared funds are received which, in the case of this payment method, may take a while.

  • Where are you located? Do you have any retail shops?

Gym and Fitness has multiple shops around Australia and with more to come in different locations worldwide.

  • Is shipping available abroad?

Currently, Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia are the only locations available for shipping. If interested, you can contact us by filling out our contact form or by using our phone number. However, overseas freight may also be arranged. We will do our best efforts to help you by sending your items to a location of your choice in Malaysia.

  • Do I get a shipping discount upon placing multiple orders?

Yes, buying more items decreases the shipping rate per kilogram.

  • How long will it take before my order gets delivered?

The estimated time of arrival of the package depends on your location. Orders are usually sent out within 1 to 3 working days at best or 3 to 10 working days both upon receiving payment.

Your shipping company is responsible for sending you a notification once your order has been dispatched. Feel free to contact them if you have any inquiries about your order’s delivery.
