Our return policy is effective only for 30 days. We can’t offer you a refund or exchange once 30 days have gone by since your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The original purchaser is the returner.
- The original proof of purchase is presented.
To know whether your returned item has been accepted, an email notification will be sent to you. Once your return is received and inspected, another email notification will be sent to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
In any case where you haven’t received a refund yet, we advise that you first check your bank account. You may also contact your credit card company and/or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
We only do refunds on regular priced items. Please take note that sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We accept exchanges only if the item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a gift credit for the value of your return will be sent to you. A gift certificate will also be mailed to you once the returned item is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping and delivery charges are considered a separate service and at this rate are your responsibility. They are also non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to be delivered depends on where you live and the shipping company you choose. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
