We advise that you keep your invoice or receipt after purchasing any product from our store. This serves as your official proof of purchase, and without it, the warranty cannot be effective. Sometimes we also ask for clear photographs before sending out replacement parts. Other times, we require the defective part to be sent to us and returned to the warehouse. This serves as the proof of the problem.
